In this day of all tightening their budget holidays have taken on a particular stripe on the back of domestic needs, but as the old proverb says: "All work and no play ...." More and more people to stay close to home and the search for the best position to get their money. We here in Florida is fortunate to have one of the best places to get to the fall of our hard-earned dollars. Orlando theme parks, water parks, attractions, dinner showsand Ripley's Believe It or Not There is a hotel and restaurants on every corner and convention centers and sports facilities throughout the city. No wonder that Orlando is a destination not only in America but globally known. I lived in Florida for over 20 years, and I can honestly say that Orlando is one of my favorite cities here, I hate traffic, but this is the price you pay for a visit to the "city".
When you think of Orlando, the first thing that comesSpirit is more likely to amusement parks, and with good reason Orlando is probably more per capita than any other city in the U.S. Of course we all know, the biggies of the Disney Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center, Animal Kingdom and Hollywood studio, and recently renamed you know that Disney has two water parks - Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon perfectly on our hot summer days. There is also a non-Disney water park, Wet 'n Wild, which is very popular with the locals.
Universal Studios has alsotwo parks, Universal Studios and its Islands of Adventure, and if you're a fan of Harry Potter, like many of us, are opening a new adventure theme of the magical world of Harry Potter at some point in 2010.
Both Disney and Universal have their own shopping areas, restaurants and entertainment companies other than themselves. Name the Disney Downtown Disney, where they have the exciting Cirque du Soleil, Circus / Acrobatics / music show that is fun for all ages. You also have the House of Bluesa dinner where you can take your favorite bands on stage, have a separate theater next door, oh, and make sure you keep the receipt from the dinner, lets get to the first place. Fulton Crab House is unique because the restaurant itself is a genuine copy of an old riverboat. Bongos Cuban Cafe is a personal favorite, where the lunch hour, end up moving the tables to make room for dancing is the Latin band, making the game is in possession of the BongoSinger Gloria Estefan. If you like shopping, what to Harley Davidson of Orlando has a lot here and there are many places in Disney theme, as you'd expect to last-minute trinket, you get forgotten by one of the parks.
To be outdone by Disney, Universal also has a place called City Walk. We spent a New Year's Eve, there are a couple of years and had a lot of fun. Universal AQUOS Theatre is home to the Blue Man Group, these visual and music show is unique because men do not bringto speak but that does not stop them, to communicate with the public, definitely a must see show. Some other big draws City Walk Hard Rock Cafe, Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville, the NASCAR Sports Grille and Bubba Gump Shrimp Company. They also have a number of nightclubs where you can dance to celebrate and dance all night to get everything in place from reggae of Bob Marley's dueling piano bar where Pat O'Brien are part of the plot.
If you want to escape from"Motto" is part of Orlando dinner shows many to be his own several popular Medieval Times, in which they live, and jousts and tournaments for the rider, whose color cheering section sitting, oh you also get your fingers to get there. Capone's Dinner Theatre is a musical buffet dinner in Chicago in 1920 something together. Arabian Nights is also a favorite of the public, which presents the famous Arabian horses and is a tale of fantasy and beauty. There are also unique restaurantAs one of my favorite Cafe Tu Tu Tango, have night show entertainment with dancers and local artists display their work, but love is to share the menu is all in a form of goodwill that every encouragement, you will be safe with someone you like.
If you choose to sit back and relax from the hectic pace that Orlando is sure to visit the closest beach to Orlando - Cocoa Beach. Here is a large pier, where to drink fish, shop, eat, playVolleyball or just relax and watch the surfers. When visiting the beaches are safe from the Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, where the stop is Port Canaveral. At the port you can go and go on a cruise and cargo or even the rare pleasure, we had a day because we see a submarine surface and the head observed in the port, you never know what you see.
Forget about a week, it's all over Orlando for a month and never see or do everything, I think you just need to make plans to return very soon.
